Without prejudice to any other administrative resource or judicial action, the User shall have the right to file a complaint with the Control Authority, in particular in the Member State in which they have their habitual residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement, in the case that they consider that their personal data processing does not comply with regulations, as well as in the case that they are not satisfied with the exercising of their rights. The Control Authority with whom the claim has been lodged shall keep the plaintiff informed about the claim’s course and outcome.
